When I try to de-select the EA/Sims 4 folders to stop OneDrive from syncing them, I get a message saying that I can't stop OneDrive from syncing them because they "Contain the Windows Documents folder" and that not syncing them isn't an option. What do I do? Someone led me here because I posted about having a problem with getting my CC to sync because there were 2 documents in the Sims 4 folder that weren't syncing themselves and it stopped my CC from syncing. They told me that going here would help, but I've tried everything that I can and nothing makes sense. I just want to be able to sync new cc...
@EnochIsSalty Please search in Windows for Command Prompt, open it, and enter this command:
reg query "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders" /v "Personal"
Then post the result. This will tell me the exact path to the Documents directory, as Windows sees it. The location may need to be changed.
