Accidentally deleting indoor stairs & can't place it back to its original place

I accidentally deleting the indoor stair without realizing it and saved the game already. I have tried rotating the position but can't place it back to its original place. Please help :( I always have problem placing stairs. Thank you & have a nice play :)
