@SimSeeker I've merged your post with the master thread for disappearing saves and other user content. Please see the first post on page one.
For the saves ending in .verx, you can recover those manually by renumbering them and deleting the .verx extension, so they end in .save . Make sure the number is still eight-digits long and that there are no other characters. You would normally be able to recover them in-game too, but that only works if the main save is also present. For example, if Slot_00000008.save has disappeared, Slot_00000008.save.ver2 won't be listed anywhere to recover either. So the manual method is the only approach in that case.
Hello,
I got in. I can see that it worked, but I can't get into that household. Today I was just getting all the mods back in. But I have to figure out which of the mods isn't letting me in for now. I did get a Better Exception UI warning. I will use that to see what mods need to be deleted again.

@SimSeeker For the save names, either Sims 4 can detect the save or it can't. So if you see the saves at the Main Menu, you've named them correctly, and naming them something else won't help them load.
For the loading issue, try choosing a different household, using Load Game rather than Resume. If you can load that other household, play with them for a bit, then try switching back to your main household. This works some of the time, though not always, so it's a good place to start.
If this doesn't help, test without your mods, and if you still can't load your main household, please post in Game Issues (for a modless save) or Mods & CC Issues (for a save that was previously modded). Either way, you'll get better help over there.
