My game launches and loads to a broken black messed up main menu

Help! Since the last update my game does launch and gets past the loading screen. But once it gets to the main menu it’s all black and none of the text on the screen is clickable anymore. I do have both script mods and cc on I would like to be able to continue to play with all my regular mods/cc does anyone else have this issue?
