I've checked my tray folder and my saves folder and everything is there, but after leaving the game idle for 2 days in the background (whoops) when I closed and opened again, it wouldn't recognise me. It said "start new game", and all of my DLC popups came back up, and the final event reward was locked and it wanted me to get the first one which I already have. How do I get the game to talk to the files?
I have this same exact issue my save folder and tray folder have everything there but when I open the game nothing is there I can't load any saved game there is nothing in my library and it told me to claim the first reward. I have tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling as well as restarting my computer but nothing seems to work. Let me know if you find a way to fix this
I managed to recover my saves by looking in the Users/[Account Name]/Documents folder under This PC in File Explorer if you're on Windows!

@eifosdh I'm sorry your saves aren't present anymore, but if they're not on your computer and not in OneDrive, there's nowhere else to look, unfortunately.
