My save is not loading in the game and only propose to start a new game. I am using One drive but I wanted to remove it and stop syncing, then I put it back to sync. I have tried to follow the steps on different threads but my saves are still not loading could you please ?
This is the path the sims are reading, but the file is not in my PC anymore
C:\Users\carol\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Screenshots\
@Caro-Cara I've merged your post with the master thread for disappearing saves and other user content. Please see the first post on page one, specifically the sections about missing saves and what to do if they're not in OneDrive. They may still appear somewhere in the OneDrive folder or on onedrive.com, and in that case, you can put them in the appropriate location.
