Well, I decided I wanted to play The Sims 4 and the game had an update. After the update was finished, I launched the game, and I saw that all my progress was gone.

Before this, I had decided to unlink my OneDrive. I also remember deleting screenshot files on the OneDive but those don't matter. I found those files and I moved them to my PC. I moved them to my PC using the File Explorer. I don't know if I was wrong to do this.
