After the new update downloaded, I cannot see ANY of my save files. My gallery is completely empty from all my saved families, lots, etc. and I've tried and tried to fix this. I have HOURS of missing content, like... a lot. I do not play with mods, so that is not a factor.
I have tried: "repairing files," uninstalling and reinstalling the game, restarting my computer, etc. Nothing has worked.
The last time I had this issue, EA swapped over from Origins, and I had to manually transfer data files. That is not an option this time.
Any assistance would be deeply appreciated.
I hope so. Literally years worth of gameplay, just gone.
