Response to your four reasons:
- Nope, the files were not deleted
- Nope, the files were in the correct location
- Nope, not corrupt because there's nothing wrong with the files as of today
- Nope, no renaming was done
There was no Windows update done on my PC. Even there had been, I double checked the location of files and found them where they should be (used to be a Programmer in my hayday).
And yes, the files are named as I would expect them to be named.
There is absolutely no reason for Sims 4 not to be working correctly from my end. The only component that wasn't working seemed to be from EA's end which was allowing the code to be accessed in the first instance. To have my packs look they had been reloaded... that's not my end.
Hi there mjdsaund
In order to help us verify that everything looks correct on your end and determine any issues with yesterday's patch, could you please provide the screenshots requested above of your save folder content?
Thank you!
