lilyr1067 Your saves are definitely not in the correct location. They're inside OneDrive, and the game is reading a folder NOT in OneDrive. You can access the correct folder by opening a File Explorer window, clicking This PC in the left panel, double-clicking the C drive, and opening Users > your username > Documents etc., without touching the OneDrive folder.
ahestad21 The way File Explorer is listing the location of your saves is odd, in that it may or may not be showing the correct location, just in a weird way. So please manually navigate to this location:
C:\Users\your username\OneDrive\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves
and see whether your saves are present.
