After not playing for a few weeks, I opened my game to everything being deleted all my houses, families, how do I get it back?? I even saved things to my gallery because there have been times when things disappeared like after a big update my expansion pack of pets was gone, and I never got it back.  EVERYTHING is gone! HELPPPPPPPPPPP
