I updated my game last night and after the update was done I ran the game again but the different worlds just wouldnt open so I tried to repair the files through the EA app and when I ran it again today, all my households and worlds were gone. The only option in the main menu is to start a new game now. Has this happened to anyone else and is there a solution?
