I try to play and the app shows the game is running but the is nothing on the screen. I click on the Sims 4 Icon and I get % Game Name % is Already running. I'm confused don't know what to do. can someone help? Thanks

Hi @geodigm This is probably a good time to actually do the "turn it off and on again" fix. Shut down the computer fully and start it back up.
