I've tried to play my game for going on two weeks now, at first i had mods in and it would load then when it got to the second loading screen it would crash. So i removed all mods and trays files then i repaired my game and tried to launched but still nothing. The next day i deleted the game and reinstalled it but this time i just get a " The sims 4 is already running" message. Today i deleted the ea app them reinstalled everything and cleared my cache and it's still isnt loading. i don't know what to do and im bored out of my mind please help!
