Whether I started from EA or clicked on the EXE launcher, SIMS 4 was always shown to be running. But there is no background process in the task manager, please help me!!😢

Whether I reinstall SIMS4 or reinstall EA, it's still the same.

This is true even if I delete the archive and MODS folders.
