yesterday i factory reset my computer, everything else works, but the sims 4 does not. ive tried moving it from my external harddrive (where i usually keep the sims 4 and where its always worked) ive uninstalled the sims about 3 times, repaired it, moved it around and have tried task manager many times but even when i restart my computer so nothing will be open, it still gives me the error code

i fixed it
i downloaded it straight to my computer again and let the automatic downloads (if i paused syncing it would break) load then deleted them. it seems to work fine but for some reason ive lost progress of my dailies, it doesnt matter though i was only on day 3
