The Sims 4 won't launch, it will say it's open when it isn't. I have cleared my cache, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and all packs, and I've even restarted my PC, shut it completely down, and turned it back on. Nothing has worked. I've added a screenshot and you can see the game isn't open.
