Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Double click the desktop shortcut or try to launch from EA App
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing, I get a message saying unable to start game
What do you expect to see? The ability to actually launch and play the game, please.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I have already tried using the "repair" option in the EA, uninstalling/re downloading Sims, uninstalling/redownloading EA, running updates on my computer, restarting my computer., and managing add ons.
