I keep getting an error code when i try to load the game, I've tried turning my pc on and off, deleted and reistalled the game, removed all mod save and tray files, and tried everything on this link https://answers.ea.com/t5/PC/CURRENT-ISSUE-Sims-4-already-running/m-p/13276380#account but nothing has worked honestly dont know what to do now even tried creating a different account because sims 4 is free and still the same problem
@Ryker20031 I've merged your post into the master thread for this issue since you're seeing exactly the same error, even if the usual interventions didn't work. Did you try everything in the first post, or just everything in the section you linked? (I just want to make sure.) Additionally, please try deleting the folders listed in post 223 of this thread:
