Hello! I hope that someone can help me. I'm at a loss with this one. Recently my game updated. After the update, i try to open the game and an error message appears saying unable to start, the sims 4 is already running. I first checked the task manager and no, it wasn't running. I repaired the game, deleted all mods (old ones) along with the cache thingy. I restarted the my laptop and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game and i'm still getting the same error message. I've been waiting patiently for the next update but I'm curious if anyone else has seen this message or maybe someone might have some insight. Thank you in advance!
