Hello,
Im having a persistent problem with the sims 4 on my pc. The game will not start, and ı keep receiving the ( the sims 4 is already running error.) I have already tried the following steps to fix it, but nothing has worked;
1- cleared all cache files
2-Deleted EA folders in roaming and programdata
3-Uninstalled and reinstalled the latest ea app.
4-Closed all ea backroud services and verified they were not runing in task manager.
5- checked compatibility settings for EA background service and removed windows 8 compatibility.
6- tried running sims 4 directly from EA App.
Despite all these steps, the game still will not open. My system is runnnig the latest Windows 11 version , and ı have no mod installed.
Could you please help me resolve this issue ? I'd like to play the game as soon as possible.
