When I click to play the game and it tries to start up, it says that the game is already in session when it's not. It's been doing this for like 3 days now, and I can't get anything ot fix, even EA chats haven't helped me any. Can someone please tell me what's going on

    did you restart your computer at any point ? 

    Do you have multiple user accounts on your computer ?
