beyza912 Please just let me know the results of the reg query command and we can go from there. Depending on how you got rid of OneDrive, the Documents directory may still be affected, and that in turn can prevent Sims 4 from loading properly. If that's the issue, no amount of troubleshooting other angles is going to help, and it's an easy fix.

You don't need to disable all your security software indefinitely. It's just a test.
