I have being building houses and household, i press save exit. when i log in again it disappeared. i am not sure what to do.
Alaska5562 Does your computer run Windows or macOS? Can you save your progress if you play in live mode for a bit? Put some new furniture down, or something else easy to identify, and see what happens. Please also note the time within the save and see whether it reverts or stays consistent.
This came up. I reinstalled the game but it shows thjs when I tried to play. I have removed my onedrive and log out
puzzlezaddict I tried that it doesn't work, i tried moving both folders out of One drive the mods still there but not in the game. now the game keep telling me it's running but won't open after i reinstalled again. i am on windows.
