I have being building houses and household, i press save exit. when i log in again it disappeared. i am not sure what to do.

puzzlezaddict​ I tried that it doesn't work, i tried moving both folders out of One drive the mods still there but not in the game. now the game keep telling me it's running but won't open after i reinstalled again. i am on windows.
