Alaska5562 When you made another admin Windows account, was it specifically a local account? If you entered an email address or Microsoft account details, then it is NOT a local account, and therefore not a valid test.
If your new account is local, or you make another one that's local and the game still doesn't launch, please let me know what antivirus you use. Please also provide the results of the virus scan.
This is the antivirus I use. For the new account I goes to account and create a new account and I put in e-mail address in there to make a new account. I think the game was messed up after I use terminal and CMD.
