Alaska5562​  Delete all the EA App shortcuts on your desktop, and create a new one by right-clicking EADesktop.exe located here:

C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop

If you haven't moved Documents to the correct location, you're still going to see the "already running" error.  What is the current location of Documents, according to the reg query command I gave you earlier?

    It didn’t work still it keep saying I have EA app download already even though I deleted them
