I just downloaded the Sims4 via the EA app on my PC. After the base game and additional content downloaded, I launched the app only to receive an error message (see attached image). I've repaired the app and uninstalled it then redownloaded everything, but I still get the same error message. I've tried everything I can think of. Any help will be grateful 🙂
