I keep getting this error message I have tried doing what it asks i have done what steam support and EA suggests i am out of ideas i want to play the damn game and have been trying for months at this point and it still wont launch

i am no expert or retrieving files or computer stuff so if you have an idea please leave as best of a detailed plan as possible because i an very dumb
