Hello, my sims won't launch and i keep getting this error code:
de4ee14f:29f00e76:00000000:4b0d852b
I don't have mods or CC.
I have also already reinstalled, repaired and everything else i could find online that should have helped, but please give me new advice anyways, i'll try anything at this point lol. Also dxdiag:

@minimaisen1 Your dxdiag shows that iCloud is crashing, so please disable it before trying to play.
Please also run a couple of basic checks of your Windows system files:
- Hit Windows key-X
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
- Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes, and enter
- The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
- After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key-X again
- Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator)”
- Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes, and enter
- Post the message you receive here
Restart your computer, hit Windows key-i, select Update & Security, and click the box to check for updates. If any install, restart again afterwards.
Try again to play, and if you still can't, please describe what happens, e.g. the game doesn't even start to load, it freezes on the spinning plumbob, etc. Please also look for a new error in the Reliability Monitor. Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent attempt to launch Sims 4, specifically after you've done the steps I listed. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
- 3 months ago@puzzlezaddict thx i'll get back to you soon, after i've followed your instructions.
- 3 months ago@puzzlezaddict the message says: Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them.
For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline
repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.
PS C:\Windows\system32> - 3 months ago@puzzlezaddict the same error code is still happening at this point, but i will check the reliability monitor again later and see if it updates (currently no new errors)
