I got a new laptop recently and reinstalled the EA app in order to download Sims 4 again. Last night, I tried to play the game, but this error kept popping up when I tried to launch it. I have repaired the game in EA multiple times now and even uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. I am really stressed out about potentially losing the game and not getting it to work again. Any advice with simple, clear instructions would be majorly appreciated. Thank you! 😭 I am really attached to my Sims, I have had the game since 2014 and really want to get it working.
