I can't start up my Sims 4. I've tried repairing the game and uninstalling it from the EA app and re-installing it on steam. Both led right back to the same error code. I also don't see any mods in my files. In fact, I've never downloaded any mods for the game. What do I do?

I will say however, I have used the UI Cheats I believed they're called.

I am also having the same problem, game updated on july 1 and now it wont load. Keep getting the same unable to start error code. I have no mods as well and took all the same steps you did.
