Just logged in to play, the game updated and I get this error message.  I tried repairing the game but got the same message.  Everything was fine before latest update.  

I am afraid to uninstall/reinstall because I don't know how to save my data and add it back to the game and last time I tried to do that I lost all of my content.  I do not play with mods nor custom content, but now I can't play.   Now what?

This issue seems to have resolved itself.  My game is up and running.
