I got a new gaming laptop and reinstalled Sims 4 and all my expansion stuff. And it won't load. It gives me a pop up that says the game can't load because of game data being missed or broken. And it tells me to try reinstalling or repairing the game. I tried reinstalling it twice, and repairing it twice. Nothing. I even deleted my cache and my old save files. Nothing works. Please help.
Update! I even tried installing Sims 4 through Steam and linked my EA account to my Steam. The game still will not start and gives me the same pop-up about missing data and so forth. Please please help!
