My Sims 4 is not launching at all. I tried several things and nothing has worked. I uninstalled and reinstalled with and without revo uninstaller. I took mods out and sims 4 folder to desktop and restarted. I repaired EA App and Sims 4. I even tried some commands that i saw for other issues other people were having like doing DXdiag and repaired microsoft visual + redistributables, did the restore health and sfc /scannow. I scanned my computer for viruses its fine. I did restore point on my computer. Nothing is working and it was fine like 4 or 5 days ago. I also cleared cache and created error report which i heard nothing back. Please help me you're my only hope!
@RavenXXX9 At the moment, this error is mostly due to an antivirus blocking Sims 4. The issue is that the game's executable changed: TS4_x64.exe is now only for the DirectX 11 version, and the DirectX 9 version uses TS4_DX9_x64.exe. So please set an exception for the latter in your antivirus, whether you use a third-party program or simply Windows Defender's Controlled Folder Access.
