@puzzlezaddict it didn't work could it be that ea app is in my c drive and the game is in my d drive cause ive tried everything

@MasonMarie1 No, where your game is installed shouldn't matter. What antivirus do you use, and did you specifically set an exception for TS4_DX9_x64.exe? What about if you exempt the entire Bin folder?

The error is different, but the causes largely overlap.
