@baalsgf The initialization error is currently most often caused by antivirus software blocking Sims 4. So please disable your antivirus (temporarily), repair the game, and test. As long as you don't do anything else at the same time, your computer shoudl be safe. If this helps, you can set exceptions for TS4_x64, TS4_DX9_x64, and TS4_Launcher_x64, or the entire Bin folder.

thanks it worked! had to add the entire bin folder in my anti virus exception.
