I am not tech savvy, but I have the EA application and the Steam application, and I always launch my game through steam. Sims 4 isn't launching and I'm getting an error code: 135dec40:3fbbecd0:00000064:00000000 This is so frustrating idk if anyone else is having this issue. PLEASE HELP, I have uninstalled the game and re installed, turned EA background management off in task manager too.
