Cursor Problems

Hi there, is anyone else having cursor problems when in build mode or going into the inventory to click on anything? (I'm using a PC) The cursor won't change and won't let anything to be clicked on which is very annoying.  I've tried reloading the game which works but then reverts back to not letting you click on anything again.  It's fine in live game mode but not when you enter the inventory.  Seems to have happened since the last update.
