Lovestruck Bonus Content still missing after being told to wait for a fix

EA Advisor, Dhruv, told me to post my problem here because they could not help me and said the community team here would be able to.

TL;DR: I did not get the Heartbreak Happens Bonus Content, even though I was supposed to. I got the Lovestruck Expansion before the Early Purchase Bonus deadline of 5 September 2024, but despite many emails, webchats, and tickets, the bonus content is still missing from my account.

Timeline:
I received a physical copy of the Lovestruck Expansion Pack as a gift on 4 September 2024 and redeemed the code that same day, but the bonus content wasn't added to my account. I double-checked the product page on the EA website to make sure that there wasn't some sort of exception for physical copies, but could not find anything of the sort.

So off I went to EA Help. As per the help page, I restarted the game several times, I restarted my computer, I ran a repair on the game, I waited 24 hours for the bonus content to show; it was still missing.

Afterwards, I opened a ticket on 5 September 2024 which received no response for some reason, so I opened another on 9 September 2024.

After much back and forth on email, I finally spoke to an EA support advisor, Joan, on live chat. She tried to add the missing bonus content manually on her side, but it still didn't show up. She then told me this was a known issue affecting some EA accounts, and that another team within EA were working on a fix. She said that my ticket had been escalated to that team, who would contact me when it was resolved. She said she wouldn't know how long it would take to fix, but that I could check on its status by creating a new ticket, because replying on my escalated ticket would de-escalate it.

Six weeks later, I had still not received the bonus content, and had heard nothing from the team working on the problem. I opened a new ticket and managed to speak to Stephen on live chat, who said that the team were still working on a fix. I again asked how long it would take, and was told that many other players are facing this issue (specifically with Lovestruck) and so it shouldn't take too long.

I realized recently that it has now been 7 months and this bonus content is still missing from my account. Again, I contacted EA Help looking for an update and ended up speaking to Dhruv, who sent me here.

Please, can you help me with this?
