Custom Content Showing Up After Being Deleted

Recently I removed all of my Custom Content from The Sims 4 however some of it still shows up in CAS after it has been deleted. How do I get it removed if I've already deleted it from my "Mods" folde...

Try renaming the The Sims 4 folder in Documents, see how the game runs, it will be clean. If it's gone, move your folders over and see what causes the issue.
