Custom skin tones after Dec 7 update

What happens when the bug occurs? Custom skin tones still work on Sims made prior to the Dec 7 patch but do not show up in CAS
What do you expect to see? The custom skintones

Please describe the patch or change you made. Dec 7 update
Not sure where to put this. If you use custom skin tones such as Ms. Blue's V3 or Peacemakers skin tones they do not show up in CAS now. The custom skin tones are not removed from Sims that are already in library but you can not edit them right now. I can only hope this gets fixed as a creator like Ms.Blue is no longer active. Hopefully EA can come up with a fix so that custom skin tones work as they always did.
