@TheSteelRodent I do have the interaction to put in inventory on that computer and it works too. Haven't tried dragging.

@crinrictthis was just when I placed it on a regular dining table in an ordinary house in Windenburg. Pink colour swatch. Didn't think to check if the colours make a difference. Will have to try that. And yeah, the inventory option is on page 2 or 3 of the menu for the other 2 laptops.
Edit: Alright, this is weird. Went through all the colours and it still refused to act like a portable computer. But when I sold it and re-bought it, the "put in inventory" option appeared on the new computer, even though it's the exact same. I hadn't even done any of the upgrades on the bugged one.
Guess it's a glitch that caused it to become a normal computer? Don't know.
- @TheSteelRodent I've also tried the dragging, existing save, household in brindleton bay, no issues. Tried several swatches, including the pink one.
