Missing Czech language.. that's big problem for guy's living in Czech rep. and also Slovak rep.
The game is indeed available in Czech, as long as you bought a multilingual version of the game which includes that language. If you bought the game through Origin, from a Czech speaking country, you should be able to install the game in that language.
Did you buy the game through Origin? From which country?

Well I am from Slovakia and of course CZ language is similiar to slovak language it's doesn't matter. I bought it from Origin .. Before I had Origin in Czech language and game was in czech language.. but Later had a problem with game, there were missing words and etc. problems.. A few weeks ago was new update on Origin I update it and Origin was in English and The Sims 4 was in Czech language okay. but still were missing words words in game etc.. But yesterday I click on REPAIR the Sims 4 and everything was alright but game is in English language... And Everithig works but it is in English Language and I don't know how I change language from English to Czech ..
