Del sol valley freeze

Question

I desperately try to play or build in Del Sol Valley, but it's been two update, if not more, that no lots can be successfully loaded. Each time loading screen appears, game freeze completely, and I have to force shut it. I've tried to wait, but no responses from the game after over 30 minutes of waiting. I also tried with mods disabled and with fresh game, without any changes.

I'm a player since the first hours of the Sims 4, and I've played/build in Del sol valley several times in the past. It's nothing like I've seen before.

@Romain73200&nbsp; Please move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.&nbsp; When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.&nbsp; Don't add anything to it yet; just see how a new save runs, both in Del Sol Valley and in another world.

If you get another crash, please clear Origin's cache:

and repair the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.&nbsp; Then test with another clean Sims 4 folder, just to be thorough.

If you get a crash after that, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
