Del sol valley freeze

@Romain73200  Please move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  Don't add anything to it yet; just see how a new save runs, both in Del Sol Valley and in another world.

If you get another crash, please clear Origin's cache:

and repair the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.  Then test with another clean Sims 4 folder, just to be thorough.

If you get a crash after that, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
