Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I went to play the sims a few moments ago after apparently a year of not playing, and it says i only had 13 minutes of play time, and when i went to load my saves it says i didn't have any of my packs. i can still see my first ever save all the way back in 2021 when i first played it on this laptop, and yet it says i barely played it. it used to say i had like 2K+ hours. 

im so confused what's happened, i updated the game before i booted it up, i had kept it somewhat updated after some people warned me to back in june 2024. is there anyway to get my game back? i put so much time, effort and money into it i'm so upset

    If your game library isn't showing your add-ons in the EA app, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

    Please also check your Order History in the EA app- if your Order History is showing as blank and you're not seeing any previous purchases you've made here, this is another way to verify that you're currently logging into the app with the incorrect login details. 

    I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to.
