Deleted the documents folder and can't get it back.

So when I updated to the new island living update, I had bought the expansion, for some reason I deleted everything out of my sims 4 documents folder. I can't recover the folder as I empty my recycling bin out each week. I have tried to reinstall the game, repair the game. the only thing I have managed to get back were parts of the folder (See Picture). I am not sure what I can do. Would it work if some one were to give me a copy of their documents folder or should I be doing something else. Thank you for any help given.

    @Dareacop 

    Try this.

    • Hit Windows key and X.
    • Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” whichever option is offered.
    • Inside the PowerShell or CMD, enter “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes. > ENTER.
    • The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please let us know.
    • After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key and X again.
    • Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator)”
    • Inside the PowerShell or CMD, enter “sfc /scannow” without quotes. > ENTER.
      (I know you already did that, but do it again please.)
    • Post the message you receive at the end of the processes here.
