Dell G5 15 won't play sound

Question

Hi guys,I've just bought a Dell G5 15 laptop and on running the Sims 4 (using Origin), it won't play sound properly? Whether in gameplay or on the Home loading screen, the music etc comes through as a sort of grating noise. I don't have this problem with any other functions. The game is also running slower than on my previous laptop which was not designed for gaming. I have no mods or CC downloaded.Any advice would really help.Thank you!

@Kitkatk8xx&nbsp; Please try a using couple different types of audio devices, e.g. laptop speakers, headphones connected via jack, Bluetooth headset, etc.&nbsp; The point is to see whether the issus is the device or its connection, or perhaps something internal to your computer.
