Deuluxe showing as standard since the ea app came out

Update

Me and gf also owns the sims 4 deluxe and also had to update to the ea app from origin. 

Both out the sims 4 shows as the deluxe edition its only my daugthers that shows as standard edition.

Anyone experiences the same,

Even though it says standard you still have all DeLuxe items. It doesn't mean anything.

Well if had the deluxe i read that under manage addons it should show Sims 4 Bonus Content but it dossent also if I type the sims 4 digital deluxe edition it finds it a dhows as owned, but under the game in ea app it tells me that it is a standard edition, not deluxe 😔

Also if I go under manage addons it dossent show i have the sims 4 deluxe digital upgrade 😔

Did you originally purchase the deluxe version or the deluxe upgrade directly through Origin/the EA app? 

We first purchased the standard edition then we saw the digital deluxe upgrade version was on sale and we bought that then but it still now after ea app trandfer tell us its a standard edition

Please check the Order History on your account details, are you seeing a completed purchase for the deluxe upgrade listed there? 

No, The sims 4 digital deluxe upgrade was purchased it tough a third party web page and my daugther is not home with her pc so i cant se if its there or now right now 🙂

But when she gets home on sunday ill check 🙂

and can then take screenshoots of it 🙂

Thanks, do you currently have the CAS Demo installed? If so, please try the steps in the thread here and let me know if this helps. 

From what i can tell the sims CAS demo should be located in the C:\Users\[Name]\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 Create A Sim Demo.

all i can see is the sims 4 installed there no "CAS Demo"
